Update

I just wanted to post quickly and apologise for the relative paucity of posts this week - work at the day job has well and truly landed like the proverbial ton of bricks. This week, of all weeks! I was looking forward to some quality RNC-bashing too.

I will be posting a look back over the week this weekend, and a look forward to the final stretch into the election. I am very very concerned about the current state of play in the electoral college, to say the least. But at least we will have gotten both conventions behind us and this time next week we should have a better idea of where we stand.

I won't be able to catch Bush's speech tonight - but I'd rather watch it on a net feed where I can fast-forward if I start to feel ill, anyway.

Hi. I'm really keen on trying to organize a group to do the Run Against Bush Saturday, Sept. 18. Events are being scheduled worldwide and I know there's a London audience out there that likes to jog so please respond if you're interested. It seems that if we stay small we don't need permission from the Royal Park system. I was thinking about Hyde Park...Ideas and suggestions are welcome.

How is it that yesterday the poll results showed
Bush at around a 10 point lead over Kerry and now
in less than 24 hours Kerry suddenly has a 22 point lead??? Something fishy here?

As if we care about your site? :-/

Interesting how quickly the polling numbers are
changing...... Still smells rather fishy.....

Chrish, where are you seeing those numbers? Every paper I've looked at has Bush ahead.

Ooops sorry Maryann, I was referring to the Electoral Poll Predictor 2004 icon on this sites home page...

I just thought it rather strange that such drastic changes were being shown and wondering about them. No biggie.

I can't wait until Monday! The Republicans are letting the Brady bill expire and then I can use my Bush tax break to go get me one of them fancy big assault guns! Hm, maybe I should vote Republican after all.
